MORE THAN A DOCUMENTARY
By completing this project, we hope to empower all female students seeking leadership positions. We believe in the importance of female empowerment, which led to our choice of topic. In the last five years, we have seen many women move up into positions of leadership and power. Shippensburg University is creating an environment that’s helping to shape female leaders while supporting women in positions of power on and off campus.
HISTORY: THEN
These were women who led the fight for women’s rights that eventually led to the ratification of the 19th amendment, giving women the right to vote. Now, 100 years later, we can look at women moving up into positions of power higher than ever before.
